We totally manage your ID badge project from start to finish
We design the ID badge, possible features to include are;
Name of Company / Organisation / Company logo / Badge / Emblem - Photograph of
card holder - Position of employment / visitor - Date issued or expired - Name of card Holder
Barcode (if needed)
PHOTOS
We can receive your company logo/badge and staff photos in all formats, on disc, via email,
passport sized photo to be scanned, all of which will be returned to you as we hold a copy on our
database. Once you are happy with the ID badge design, the whole process from receiving your
employees details and photos to delivering your ID badges in generally within 48/72 hours.
REPLACEMENT - NEW ID BADGES
If an employee loses an ID badge, call us and we will re-issue an ID badge the same day as we keep a copy of their photo.
If a new employee joins the company, send us their photo and details and we will issue their ID badge in most cases the same day.
